SDCASEA General Fund Donation Rules:
Option 1: For a donation of $2,000 or less
1. Donor’s name will be acknowledged at the SDCASEA’s next year’s Annual Banquet .
2. Poster for the donor’s name and amount to be shown at the entrance of the banquet .
Option 2: For a donation of $2,001 to 5,000
1. Seminar under Donor’s name or Donor’s designated name will be held .
2. The size and the budget of seminar will be mutually agreed upon between the donor and SDCASEA’s fundraising and activity Committees.
3. The Donor has the first right to choose the topic and /or the speaker of the seminar. If the topic and/or the speaker are selected by SDCASEA, the donor must be informed and agreed upon before the activity is formally conducted.
4. A separate financial records of the donation will be maintained by the Treasurer of SDCASEA and reported to the board as well as the Donor.
Option 3: For a donation of $5,000 and above
1. At least two (2) seminars under Donor’s name or Donor’s designated name will be held .
2. The rest are the same as the II mentioned above.
SDCASEA Scholarship Donation Rules:
Option 1: For a donation of $10,000 or more
1. A scholarship will be created in donor’s name or a name chosen by the donor for a period of 10 years or as long as the scholarship program lasts, whichever is longer. If agreeable to you, you will be asked to present the scholarship to the award recipient in each year’s SDCASEA annual banquet.
Option 2: For a donation of $5,000
1. A scholarship will be created in donor’s name or a name chosen by the donor over a period of 5 years. If agreeable to you, you will be asked to present the scholarship to the award recipient in each year’s SDCASEA annual banquet.
Option 3: For a donation of $2,000
1. A scholarship will be created in donor’s name or a name chosen by the donor in the year of donation. If agreeable to you, you will be asked to present the scholarship to the award recipient in the SDCASEA annual banquet.
Option 4: For a donation of $1,000
1. You will be acknowledged in the SDCASEA annual banquet as a key sponsor of the scholarship program.
