2019年聖地牙哥中華科工聯誼會新春年會將在二月十號（日）舉辦，除了有晚餐及頒獎典禮之外，還特別邀請到了世界知名的刑事鑑定專家 李昌鈺 博士 與我們分享他一路走來所經歷的怪奇案件，十分值得期待！
